Welcome to Favz (“App”, “Service”), operated by the Favz Team (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using Favz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Content & Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Favz (or 16 years old if you reside in the European Economic Area).

By using Favz, you explicitly agree to follow our Content & Community Guidelines. If you choose to make content public, it increases visibility and your responsibility.

Favz provides in-app mechanisms for users to block abusive users and report inappropriate public content.
When content or a user is reported, we will review it as soon as possible. We may:

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account within the app.
Favz may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
Favz is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy of user-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favz shall not be liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, content posted by users, or unauthorized access to your account.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This agreement is between you and the Favz Team only, and not with Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Application and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Application.
